What was your vision behind South William Clinic?
I founded South William Clinic with a vision to create a best-in-class skin and laser clinic, combining advanced technologies, expert practitioners, and exceptional service. From a single Dublin location, the clinic has grown to three sites, with a fourth planned, becoming one of Ireland’s leading medical aesthetics brands.
The focus has always been on personalized, results-driven care, moving beyond “one-size-fits-all” treatments. Using world-class laser and energy-based devices alongside a 360-degree consultation approach, the clinic delivers tailored treatment plans that consider skin, structure, lifestyle, and long-term goals, all in a welcoming environment emphasizing natural, balanced results.
What treatments and technologies are you best known for?
Skin transformations are our specialty. We offer regenerative and injectable treatments, including toxins, dermal fillers, skin boosters like Profhilo and NCTF, polynucleotides, exosomes, and biostimulators such as Radiesse and Sculptra.
Combining these with energy-based devices, we pioneer “stacked” or combination treatments for exceptional results. Many people feel nervous before trying aesthetic treatments. What’s the most unusual or heartwarming reaction a patient has had after a session?
One of the most rewarding aspects of what we do is seeing the emotional impact of treatments. We’ve had patients become quite overwhelmed – in a positive way – when they see themselves looking refreshed and like “themselves again.”
One particularly memorable moment was a patient who became emotional after treatment, saying it was the first time in years they recognised themselves in the mirror. Those moments really highlight that what we do goes far beyond aesthetics.
And as RTE presenter Mary Kennedy recently said following her treatment journey which included Morpheus8 and Sciton deep resurfacing laser; “it’s worked beneath my skin, to give it a new life”.
Beauty isn’t just skin-deep. How do you integrate mental wellness, confidence, or self-care into the overall patient experience at the clinic?
Consultation, education, and patient empowerment are key. Our 360-degree approach assesses aesthetic concerns alongside lifestyle, goals, and overall wellbeing. Treatments enhance confidence naturally, rather than changing identity. Advanced diagnostics and bespoke longevity protocols address internal health alongside appearance.
We aim to create a calm, supportive environment delivering natural, balanced results that reflect overall wellbeing.
What’s the secret to your success?
Consistency and integrity have been central to our growth. We prioritise high standards in both clinical practice and patient care, and we invest heavily in ongoing training and the latest technologies. At the same time, we’ve built strong relationships with our patients based on trust and transparency.
That combination of expertise, results, and experience, is what has allowed us to grow sustainably. Having leaders who are involved in every aspect of the business and driving our plans forward has been crucial.
It was great to see that leadership recognised recently at the Aesthetics Awards, where South William Clinic was Highly Commended in the competitive – Best Clinic in Ireland & NI category. As the founder, I [Brendan Molloy] also won Best Clinic Team Member.
What’s next for South William Aesthetics Clinic as you look ahead to 2026/2027 and beyond?
Our focus is on continued growth and national expansion, while maintaining the quality, standards, and patient experience we are known for. This includes expanding our treatment offering, investing in the latest technologies, and continuing to develop a highly skilled, expert-led team.
We also see natural progression into Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery as part of our evolution. These are areas that align closely with our existing expertise and patient demand, and will allow us to offer a more comprehensive, end-to-end approach to skin health, aesthetics, and patient care.
Ultimately, our goal is to continue setting the benchmark for aesthetics in Ireland, while evolving into a more complete, future-focused medical aesthetics brand.
