Limitation of Liability

1. Financial Loss
   The Publisher shall not be held responsible or liable for any financial loss, loss of revenue, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss incurred by any individual, company, institution, or organisation associated with the publication, advertising, or distribution of the magazine or website.
2. Postal and Delivery Issues
   The Publisher shall not be held responsible for the failure or delay of delivery of the magazine caused by the postal service, courier, council post office, or any third-party delivery provider.
   This includes, but is not limited to, non-delivery, late delivery, or loss of publications forming part of a subscription.
3. Subscription Non-Delivery
   The Publisher accepts no responsibility for the non-delivery of any publication where such non-delivery is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including postal disruptions, incorrect address details supplied by the subscriber, or third-party distribution failures.
4. Advertising Placement
   While every reasonable effort is made to ensure advertisements appear as booked, the Publisher shall not be held responsible or liable for any advertisement that is omitted, missed, incorrectly placed, or not published in the magazine or on the website.
5. Advertising Content and Errors
   The Publisher shall not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes, typographical errors, or inaccuracies in any advertisement, whether supplied by the advertiser or arising during production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. General Disclaimer
   All content, advertisements, and listings are published in good faith. The Publisher does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose and accepts no liability arising from reliance on any material published.
7. Corrections:
   Any requests for corrections must be submitted in writing prior to publication deadlines. The Publisher is not responsible for errors identified after publication.
8. Editorial Independence: All editorial content is published at the sole discretion of the Publisher. Opinions expressed in articles, interviews, or features are those of the authors or contributors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Publisher.
9. Accuracy of Editorial Content: While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the Publisher does not guarantee that editorial content is free from errors or omissions and accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies, outdated information, or interpretations of published material

While reasonable efforts are made to verify that clinics included in the directory are appropriately registered, licensed, and medically led, no representation or warranty is given as to their status or the services they provide. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from engagement with or attendance at any listed clinic.
