Q1. What is the vision behind Emerald Medical Aesthetics?
The vision behind Emerald Medical Aesthetics came from my own progression within the industry. As I gained more experience, advanced qualifications, and developed a clearer understanding of the type of practitioner I wanted to be, I felt it was important to create a brand and clinic space that truly reflected that growth.
I wanted to create an environment that balances clinical professionalism with warmth and comfort — a space that feels welcoming, luxurious, and patient-centred. My goal is for every patient to feel relaxed, listened to, and confident in both my skills and the treatments they receive, while knowing their safety and long-term results are always the priority.
Q2. What is next for your clinic as you look ahead to 2026/2027?
As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, our focus is on continuing to grow, evolve, and stay at the forefront of the aesthetics industry. We are always keeping up to date with the latest developments, research, and innovations within aesthetics, and we’re continually exploring new and exciting treatments that align with our regenerative and patient-centred approach.
At Emerald Medical Aesthetics, we are passionate about continuous development, both clinically and as a business. It would also be exciting to expand our team in the future if we find the right person who shares the same values, standards, and vision for patient care.
Alongside clinic growth, we also plan to increase our availability for training and education due to growing demand. Education is something I’m very passionate about, and I’m looking forward to supporting and mentoring other practitioners while helping to raise standards within the industry.
Q3. Patient experience is now just as important as clinical outcomes. How do you ensure every stage of the patient journey reflects the standards of your clinic?
Patient experience is incredibly important to me and is something I prioritise just as highly as clinical outcomes. From the very first point of contact, patients receive personalised advice and guidance — never a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient is different, and I believe their treatment journey should reflect their individual concerns, goals, and expectations.
My consultations are detailed and thorough, allowing me to fully understand the patient, assess their needs safely, and create a clear and realistic treatment plan tailored specifically to them. I also place a strong emphasis on education and honesty, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision made throughout their journey.
Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is also a huge part of the clinic experience. I want patients to feel listened to, respected, and cared for at every stage — from consultation and treatment through to aftercare and follow-up. Building trust and long-term relationships with patients is incredibly important to me, and I believe that combination of personalised care, safety, and natural results is what reflects the standards of Emerald Medical Aesthetics.
Q4. Which treatments are particularly popular at Emerald Medical Aesthetics, and why do patients respond so well to them?
At Emerald Medical Aesthetics, there has been a huge increase in demand for regenerative and skin-focused treatments, as patients are becoming much more interested in long-term skin health and natural-looking results rather than quick fixes.
Medical microneedling has been one of our most popular treatments consistently over the past few months because of how versatile and effective it is for improving overall skin quality, texture, scarring, pigmentation, and collagen stimulation. We tailor every treatment to the individual patient and can combine microneedling with advanced regenerative therapies such as exosomes, NCTF, and PRP depending on their concerns and aesthetic goals.
Patients also respond really well to treatments because of the personalised and multimodality approach we take within clinic. Rather than focusing on a single treatment, we create bespoke plans designed around the patient’s skin health, confidence, and long-term outcomes, which leads to more natural and sustainable results.
