The Kerry Hanaphy Clinic Group celebrated the launch of a new clinic at Nutgrove Shopping Centre, marking the latest phase in the company’s continued expansion strategy.
The new facility becomes the group’s fifth location and follows a period of sustained growth that has seen the business evolve from a single-practitioner operation into a multi-site clinic group serving more than 42,000 clients nationwide.

Speaking at the launch, founder Kerry Hanaphy highlighted the long-term vision and strategic partnerships that have contributed to the business’s development over the past decade.
Founded in 2016 with the opening of its flagship South William Street clinic in Dublin, the business has since expanded its presence across key locations while broadening its service offering beyond injectables into advanced skin health and energy-based device treatments.
“We’ve grown because of good people, good doctors, good therapists and strong teams,” said Hanaphy.
The Nutgrove opening reflects a broader market trend towards community-based medical aesthetics services, with consumers increasingly seeking high-quality treatment options outside traditional city-centre locations.

The clinic group’s expansion into shopping centre environments began with Swords Pavilions before scaling further at Citywest Shopping Centre. According to Hanaphy, these locations have enabled the business to improve accessibility while maintaining clinical standards and patient experience.
A key differentiator for the organisation has been its investment in medical infrastructure and multidisciplinary teams. The group now employs several medical practitioners alongside their skin therapists, creating a model that combines medical aesthetics, skin health and device-led treatments under one operational framework.
As patient demand continues to evolve, the business has diversified significantly in recent years. While injectable treatments remain an important revenue stream, investment in energy-based devices and regenerative treatment modalities has enabled the clinic group to respond to changing consumer preferences and industry trends.

“We could see the market changing,” Hanaphy explained. “Diversification was essential. It required significant investment, but it allowed us to expand our treatment offering and future-proof the business.”
The growth trajectory has also been supported by a strong leadership structure, with family members playing active roles across finance, operations, branding and business development. This operational support has enabled the company to scale while maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple sites.
From a commercial perspective, the Kerry Hanaphy Clinic Group has positioned itself around accessibility, offering treatment pathways across a range of price points while maintaining a medically-led approach. This strategy has helped broaden patient demographics and drive long-term client retention.
The opening of the Nutgrove clinic represents more than an additional location; it reflects the maturation of a business that has successfully navigated changing market dynamics, increasing regulation and evolving patient expectations within the aesthetics sector.
As the Irish medical aesthetics market continues to professionalise, the group’s investment in clinical expertise, infrastructure and geographic expansion demonstrates the growing importance of scalable, medically-led business models capable of delivering both patient outcomes and sustainable growth.
For industry observers, the clinic launch serves as another example of how established independent operators are successfully transitioning into sophisticated multi-site clinic groups, reshaping the competitive landscape of Irish aesthetics.
