Dr Bonny Introduces Collaborative Learning Platform for Northern Ireland’s Aesthetic Community

One of Northern Ireland’s leading aesthetic doctors, Dr Bonny, has announced the launch of a new private learning initiative designed exclusively for medical-led practitioners working across the aesthetics sector.

The Injector Roundtable has been established as part of The Dr Bonny Academy, which delivers a range of accredited training programmes for doctors, nurses and dentists.

Created as a private learning experience, the initiative aims to provide an inclusive, personalised and accessible space where practitioners can continue their professional development beyond formal training.

Dr Bonny, Founder of Dr Bonny Clinic and The Dr Bonny Academy, said: “When I first started training practitioners in aesthetics, I realised that education doesn’t end when a course finishes. In fact, that’s often when the real questions begin.

“Many practitioners leave training feeling confident and inspired, but as they start treating patients independently, new challenges and questions arise. They want ongoing support, mentorship and a safe environment where they can continue learning, developing their skills and growing in confidence.

“That’s why we created The Injector Roundtable.”

She continued: “Our vision was to create a new format of aesthetic education in Northern Ireland — one that is accessible, community-led and focused on continuous professional development. These quarterly evening sessions are designed to bring practitioners together in a relaxed and collaborative environment to explore topics in greater depth, learn from experienced trainers, share experiences and build confidence.

“We also wanted to create space for conversations that are not always covered in traditional training courses, including complications management, the use of hyaluronidase for dissolving filler, business growth, marketing and the realities of working in modern aesthetic practice.

“As one of Northern Ireland’s leading aesthetic clinics, we believe we have a responsibility to support the wider industry and help raise standards across the profession. That’s why The Injector Roundtable is being delivered on a not-for-profit basis, with every member of our team donating their time and expertise free of charge.

“This initiative is about giving back to the aesthetic community that has supported us over the years. Our goal is simple: to help practitioners remain confident, competent and connected throughout their careers.”
