Protocol-led skincare for modern aesthetic clinics
For clinic owners, skincare is no longer simply a retail add-on. It is an essential part of treatment…

The Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) has appointed a new trustee to its board.
Lesley Blair MBE is widely recognised for her leadership, advocacy and commitment to raising standards across the beauty, aesthetics and personal care sector.
Awarded an MBE for services to the British beauty industry, she has been instrumental in championing safety, regulation and professional excellence throughout her career.
Andrew Rankin, Chair of the JCCP, said: “The JCCP is delighted to welcome Lesley Blair MBE to the Board. Lesley brings important expertise and experience with her. She has long been an advocate of the JCCP’s work, actively engaging at the highest level in our shared objectives of public safety and patient protection.
“As CEO of BABTAC, Lesley will play a key role in working with the JCCP as expected cosmetic sector regulation develops. We look forward to building our relationship with her.”
The JCCP was established to support members of the public who are seeking, considering or undergoing non-surgical cosmetic and hair restoration treatments – including injectables, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels and hair restoration surgery – by providing advice on patient safety and access to registers of approved practitioners.
